YONAS – Live Performance at JMU

Yonas has certainly been making some major moves for his career lately. Opening up for Macklemore at JMU is something I wish I could’ve experienced but he just dropped some dope visuals so we can get a taste of what some of us missed out on. If you listen closely, Yonas gave us a little preview for a new track that comes off of his upcoming mixtape “The Transition 2″ that is planned to release sometime this summer. Not only is Yonas a down to earth, genuine person but he really has some talent behind the mic. There’s also some word of Yonas dropping a FREE track from the upcoming mixtape on Monday so keep a look out and purchase his latest album “The Black Canvas” via iTunes HERE if you haven’t already! Enjoy.

J. Cole – Truly Yours 2 EP

As promised, Cole delivers a brand new EP of loose tunes as an appetizer for Born Sinner. From Any Given Sunday Bundles to this duo of FreEPs, Jermaine certainly knows how to release music in a rather unique way. Born Sinner is coming soon. Cole also has another single on the way that he’s described as ‘bigger than “Power Trip.”‘ Enjoy..

Wyclef Jean – April Showers [Free Mixtape]

To bring April to an end Wyclef Jean releases a brand new mixtape called ‘April Showers’.  Doubling as an introduction to his new label (All Handz on Deck) and a prequel to his upcoming album, The Carnival Begins, this 33 track tape has everything you could want.  Featuring appearances from  T.I., Waka Flocka, Mobb Deep, Maino and plenty of classic Wyclef sound with great electric guitar and hip hop beats this probably could have been whittled down into a solid album but as a bonus we get new music from his brand new talent including  Skiff, Choppa Zoe, Opium Black, Trini, Jarina De Marco, Imposs and more.  Enjoy!

French Montana (Ft. Mikky Ekko) – Trouble

Maybe French Montana should get into more trouble because his new tune is, bar-for-bar, one of the best songs he’s ever manufactured. Despite not appearing on the Excuse My French tracklist, “Trouble,” which features assisting vocals from Mikky Ekko, will most likely live as a bonus cut. Enjoy..

Chance The Rapper – Acid Rap (Mixtape)

Casey Veggies (Ft. Juicy J) – Young Niggas

Juicy J may be ‘over-the-hill’ in terms of rappers but he’s certainly never let age get in the way of his wild lifestyle. Continuing the same theme, Juicer connects with Young Veggies to let him know just how ‘Young’ he really is. Enjoy..
