This is the first post of hopefully many about The Dolls (a collab of Mia Moretti + Caitlin Moe) because I really think they are gonna produce something I am going to love.  The Dolls have HUGE potential to create something new and fresh as they team up to blend the sounds of electro dance with violin to produce a club vibe that is quite unique.  To start off, here is their remix to Katy Perry’s ‘Part of Me’ which has great production and you also get a good sample of what the violin sounds like mixed in…. Like I said.. def a group I will be keeping my eye on so hopefully I will be back with some brand new original music from this unique duo.   Enjoy!

Well this group is on fire. Today Aer releases the latest visuals for their hit, “What You Need”. The video is black and white and has footage of the duo kicking it in the studio and making feel good music. The group will be undergoing a massive tour this summer with OCD: Moosh and Twist, and it might just be the next GMAD tour. Don’t forget to catch Hoodie Allen’s tour for his debut album, All American, going on now and sponsored by GoodMusicAllDay. Finally, if you aren’t already, follow Aer on Facebook and help them break the 30k mark.

Usher ft Rick Ross – Lemme See

Today we are blessed with the third single off Usher’s upcoming 7th studio LP, Looking For Myself. He recruits the leader of MMG and creates yet another song that I’m sure will be played all too much on the radio. This doesn’t quite meet this hit level of his first single, Climax, but still seems to solidify that this album dropping June 12th will be worth the money. Enjoy.

Lana Del Rey – Blue Jeans (Mateo Cover)

Beautiful music. Lana Del Rey already made a hell of a track with the original, but damn did Mateo create a smooth cover. These studio videos/covers are becoming more and more popular amongst newly signed artists, and you can see why when they are such an easy way to showcase an artists talent and unique vibe. Spotted it over at TheKollection, and in the meantime follow Mateo on Facebook to stay up to date with the latest releases.

Whether or not you like the original to this track, I think everybody will be bobbing their head to the drop that comes in about 50 seconds in. I never really got into the original, but I’m excited to have found a version that actually makes me wanna play it at a party. You have to like CTLGD on Facebook to get the track, but it’s well worth it.

Last night I was lucky enough to catch Mike Stud‘s sold out show in NYC with Huey Mack, Missy Modell, Scolla, and Kinetics & One Love … and it was nuts. Mike is quickly blowing up, and he keeps pumping out quality videos/tracks to keep building the momentum. It seems as tho Missy Modell is quickly solidifying her place as the go-to woman for catchy hooks, and you can see why. Just a reminder, you can join myself and catch Missy Modell along with Clinton Sparks and Radical something FOR FREE in Boston tomorrow, just click here to find out how to enter.

Back in March, The Lonely Biscuits won a contest from Nikon which earned them a brand new camera, and with it, they made this. So dope. I agree with with SeanLafferty24 who commented on YouTube, “You have to at least watch the video four times. Gotta watch each biscuit do their thing.” I couldn’t have said it better myself. Enjoy this bonus track off The Biscuits’ newest project, Biscuit Buffet available free below. Just type in 0 dollars when you’re prompt, or toss the boys some dough – your call.

Enjoy..
