Earlier tonight The Weeknd let loose a brand new record titled “King Of The Fall” which takes after the name of his recently released tour dates. I’ve always been a low key fan of The Weeknd mainly because his voice is so unique but also because his songs always seem to come in handy when i’m feeling down and doing nothing but running through my iTunes playlists at night. As I mentioned above, he recently announced his “King Of The Fall” tour which also includes appearances from ScHoolboy Q & Jhene Aiko and as of now they’re only hitting up a few cities so make sure to cop your tickets via ticketmaster while they’re still available by clicking HERE! Let us know what you think, cop your FREE download, and enjoy!

Totem – Believe In Us (Ft. Kinetics & One Love)

Back in May we featured songwriting/ hip-hop duo Kinetics & One Love with the video for their single “Time Machine.” Here they join producer Totem for his GMAD debut to release “Believe In Us.” There is a strong R&B vibe to Totem’s allure, juxtaposed with the trance/pop sound of his beats to make for an impressive combination— Think The Weeknd meets Frank Ocean— . The track breaks down and Kinetics drops in for a pretty dope verse of his own. Check out more of Totem on SoundCloud and enjoy.

Sam Smith vs. Lana Del Rey – Pretty When You Latch (Carlos Serrano Mix)

If you don’t like beautiful, slow, vocal mash-ups … then you might as well skip this song. It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a mash up on GMAD, but after a long day of work that isn’t close to be done, this was the perfect song to take a break and zone out to. Not to mention that Latch is getting killed on the radio and at every festival, so it’s refreshing to hear it mixed with something new. Go give Carlos Serrano some love for this one and enjoy!

Usher has been on a hot streak this summer with radio-ready jams. He dropped “Good Kisser” this past May and the clubby single was picked up by Disclosure for a remix last week. Continuing his wave deeper into summer, Usher just released another single featuring Nicki Minaj called “She Came To Give It To You.” A Pharrell produced recording, “She Came To Give It To You” has a pop-music production mixed with Usher’s stylish R&B vibes and it’s fresh. The record has supper club appeal making it an ideal play this summer for pre-games and chilling by the pool. Take a listen to “She Came To Give It To You” by Usher featuring Nicki Minaj and start following Usher on Twitter for new music off his eighth album dropping this year. Enjoy!

Coming in hot from the concrete jungle, deep house up and comer Gryffin comes to us with a brand new remix of the nostalgic 90s soul track “I Belong to You” by Rome. Gryffin completely flips the R&B track on it’s head adding a deep, bouncy baseline along with manipulating the vocals to bring anyone and everyone to the dance floor. Gryffin appeared the past couple months topping Hypem to #1 with his Misterwives and Ellie Goulding remixes along with professional poker player/playboy Dan Bilzerian deciding the “Burn” Remix should be the theme music for one of his over-the-top, model-filled instagram videos. So take a trip with Gryffin back to the 90s with his new track and you’ll be digging out your track suits and flip up sunglasses before you know it. As always be sure to show Gryffin some love on Soundcloud and Twitter don’t forget to grab your FREE download below. Enjoy.

*SotD* Rhyme n Reason – Let Me Talk (Official Video)

Today’s *Submission of the Day* comes to us from the St. Louis hip-hop outfit Rhyme n Reason. In their most recent video, a rework of the Murs & 9th Wonder track “Let Me Talk,” emcees Ka’Boo and J.O. do an excellent job of showcasing their undiscovered lyrical talents. Drawing comparisons in both flow technique and underlying metaphorical themes to other highly respected hip-hop groups like Black Star and Gang Starr, the two Washington University juniors maintain the perfect creative balance through their own distinct and dynamic lyrical contributions. There is a certain swagger to these guys and although they seem to be relatively unknown for now, that may all change very soon. Grab the download of “Let Me Talk” for free below and check out more of Rhyme n Reason on Facebook, follow them on Twitter, and hear the rest of their music on SoundCloud. Don’t forget to submit your music and vote on submissions for the chance to become our next *SotD*. Enjoy.
