I’m excited to re-introduce the upcoming Washington musical group “The Good Husbands” to you all and the GMAD movement. This track is definitely one of those feel good songs that can make a bad day do a complete 360. “Utopian House Party” was actually featured on DJ Smiles ‘The State of the Come Up‘ mixtape but they waited until they had some live footage from their opening set for Mike Posner to put the official video together. They will be releasing their next mixtape some time in Summer of 2013, so keep an eye out for these guys and show them some love on Twitter! Enjoy.

Too dope. FKi mixes Hip-Hop and EDM better than just about anyone I’ve heard in recent memory. They won me over with the track they did with Flosstradamus, and have cemented their place as a must-watch for the rest of 2013. Can’t forget to shout out DJ Sliink who absolutely murdered the collaboration and is a having a big year as well. Excited to see what else is to come on FKi’s new project dropping in 5 days. MisterWives – Lullaby (Official Video)

Over a month ago we introduced MisterWives to the major blog scene and you guys absolutely loved the two free songs we posted - easily the best debut any band has had on GMAD in the last 12 months! Well they are back with their first major music video to an older track called Lullaby – and it’s beautiful. They have doubled their Facebook fans since their last post and rightly so. With a refreshing sound and an easily marketable brand, I expect big things from these guys. I must say I’m a fan of the more upbeat disco/pop songs they do, but this just shows their versatility and the ability for her voice to carry a song. Enjoy!
